The company started full operations in December 2022 with the construction of two four-bedroom duplex. The project was fully funded by the working capital of the company and by March 2022 both homes were sold out. The homes will be handed over to the owners by Oct 2023. The homes are automated with smart home systems which are controlled using smart devices such as phones, tablets, laptops, or game consoles. They also have inbuilt freezers, gas cookers, microwave, washing machines and pullouts in the kitchen. Having a smart home means you are always home.
